What you are looking at

Bad Wrap makes deliberately rude greeting cards and wrapping paper. This site shows product names and images containing strong language and adult humour, in full view and without a click-through warning. It is intended for adults, and it is not suitable for children. If that is not for you, no hard feelings: close the tab.

Our products are jokes sold as jokes. Nothing on this site is a statement about, or directed at, any real person.

Buying our products

You cannot buy anything on this website. Every product link sends you to our shop on Etsy, and the sale happens there under Etsy's terms. Payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, and refunds are all handled through Etsy, and your statutory rights as a consumer apply to that purchase.

Prices, product availability, and the range shown on this site are indicative and may be out of date. The listing on Etsy is the authoritative version at the moment you order. We may change or withdraw products at any time.

Ideas you send us

If you send us a product idea through the ideas form, please only send us something that is yours to share and that does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We receive a lot of suggestions, and similar ideas reach us from several people or occur to us independently. So that we can act on suggestions without creating a dispute, you agree that any idea you send us may be used, adapted, and sold by us without payment, credit, or obligation to you, and that sending it does not create any partnership or entitlement to a share of what we make. If you want to propose something on different terms, email us first instead of using the form.

Content and ownership

The designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site belong to HJX Group Ltd. You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, scrape, print, or resell our designs or site content, and you may not use them to make competing products.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site in a way that could damage or disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, or use our forms to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive material.

What we are not responsible for

The site and its content are provided for general information about our products, without warranties of any kind, and may change or become unavailable without notice. Links to other websites, including Etsy, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer when you buy from us on Etsy.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
